Prices are net F.O.B. our Nursery. We give no warranty, expressed or implied, as to the growth or productivity of our plants. Unless credit has been established, all sales are Net Cash with the order.
DELIVERY
Arrangements can be made to deliver to your place of business or job site if needed.
CLAIMS
All claims must be made immediately upon receipt of stock. We will be glad to adjust any mistake made by us, but in NO case will our liability exceed the purchase price.
